The Treasurer’s office is responsible for receipt and disbursement of the revenue and public money of the county. We work directly with the residents of Bond County primarily through the collection of property taxes. The collected taxes are then disbursed to the individual taxing districts in Bond County. A record of all monies received, invested and disbursed is maintained by the Treasurer’s office. Hopefully you will find what you are looking for on this site. If not we are always happy to assist the residents of Bond County and answer any questions.

Did you know you can make prepayments on property taxes? Bring a payment into our office, mail a check or use your online banking to send us a payment one time, monthly or however works best for you. If you are mailing or using online please put your parcel id number on the memo so we know exactly where to apply the payment.
When using the following buttons it works best to search by only one criteria. Either Parcel number OR last name, first name works best. There is a fee when paying online. If you use a credit/debit card or digital wallet(Pay Pal) the fee is 2.5% of the transaction, with a minimum fee of $2.95. If you use a check the fee is $2.00.
