County Clerk and Recorder Fee Structure

For Recording:

  • Make checks payable to BOND COUNTY RECORDER and send a self addressed stamped envelope. E-Recording is also available.
  • Standard forms are: 81/2” by 11” page with a 3” by 5” blank space at the top of the page. Anything else is a non-standard form and must be charged the non-standard fee.
  • This Office does not perform any searches of real estate records. You may search our records in person or on-line.
  • Surveys are included in our standard fee. Please provide 3 originals when recording. (One of which will be returned to you.)
  • Parcel numbers and street addresses are required.
